2. Deleting data: - there are 3 safe ways to delete user data

A. just type over the old data
B. select the data you want to delete, then press the red DELETE button located at cell I5.
C. select the data you want to delete, then press the DEL button located on the keyboard.
Excel will allow you to select cells and then apply the "Clear All" command. If you do this, you will erase
the "write" attributes of the selected cells and you will not be able to put new data into them.

Disadvantages:
- This software is interpretive (non-compiled) therefore, it cannot be used for contests or in a competitive enviornment because it is not fast enough. Locating a county can sometimes take up to 3 seconds.
